Today is my nephew Luke's 7th birthday! I can't believe how time has flown by. We've been very fortunate to be able to celebrate most of his birthday's with him. This year we're taking the whole Happy Mommy family to Kings Dominion to celebrate. Should be a lot of fun for all!
Today I'm sharing some goofy pictures of Luke and I. He loves it when we take these self portrait pictures and so do I. Happy Birthday Luke Skywalker....We love you! (I think we have a tongue theme going on here.... the first pic is my attempt at rolling my tongue which everyone in my whole family can do except me and my mom.)
I did find a picture of Luke's 4th birthday in 2005 when we were at Busch Gardens. We went to Water Country in the morning and Busch Gardens later that evening and back to BG the next day. This is taken at Water Country. I even found one of our sweet girl Daisy at the pool with us. Like HM said, she is only 5 weeks old but she had fun that weekend.

You are a fun aunt! I too can roll my tongue!
Because I feel like I know Happy Mommy from blogland and that I subsequently know you, I wanted to address your comment on colloidal silver.
I, too, saw the man who turned blue and heard his story.
If you have a moment, and HM posts my reply, please read it.
I would never reccommend something to someone that I hadn't had personal success with and researched myself. That would be irresponsible.
We all have the responsiblity to check into any method of treatment or care that we use whether it be immunizations, antibiotics, or other treatments and procedures. We also have the responsibility to use those products wisely.
The man that turned blue was drinking thirstbuster sized cups of a protein silver or other silver product that was not a true colloidal compound or an ionic silver which are much more mild and do NOT cause argyria.
He was irresponsible and admits that he didn't know what he was doing.
I think the trouble with media is the misinformation that floats around mixed with hype...it made an interesting story, didn't it?
We all thought..."What did he do? I don't want any of that!"
Please take a minute to read my comment and to go to this site:
http://www.silver-colloids.com/Reports/reports.html
should you want more accurate information.
My only concern is that people acquire the facts. There are more dangers in immunizations and the horrible chemicals in those than there is in ionic/colloidal silver.
God Bless,
The Maid
I love the pictures of my boy! We always have so much fun with you! And Daisy takes after you she can't roll her tongue either! See you later!!!
I'm the only one in my family that cannot roll my stupid tongue either! They all say, "you can't roll your tongue" "everybody else can". Sheesh.
